First meeting: April 22nd, 2021

• Selection of the company that will program and update the project website. Study of the special conditions to be included in the contract.
• Approval of the updated list of technical material (with respect to that budgeted in the original project request) to be acquired. Determination of the minimum special conditions to be required from the companies participating in the bidding process.
• Director's report on the study carried out regarding the suggestions made by our Project Officer during the Kick-off Meeting.

Second meeting: June 24th, 2021

Agenda

• Study and approval of the reports to be sent to the Project Officer regarding her suggestions concerning a possible change in the staff costs of the budget and the structure of the training.
• Actions to be taken when drawing up the list of professors who will follow the training process.
• Study of the bidding documents provided by the Moroccan institutions for their bidding processes.
• Decision to organize a coordination meeting of the teachers who will provide the training.

Third meeting: July 15th, 2021

Agenda

• Decision of the dates of the next meeting of the team of teachers in charge of training. Decision of the dates of the next PMB meeting.

Fourth meeting: August 4th, 2021

• Preparation of the list of Moroccan Moroccan teachers who will follow the training program in the first period and of the reserve list.
