Consortium meeting at UMR5-UIT-ENSMR

Rabat & Kenitra, October 5-8, 2021

The first MathICs Consortium meeting was held in the Faculty of sciences of Rabat, the University Ibn Tofail of Kenitra and Ecole des Mines de Rabat.

Different dissemination events were organised in the three institutions, with the presence of different academic, institutional and social personalities accompanying the MathICs team. You can find all the information here

Sultan Moulay Slimane University hosted representatives from the MathICs Project as part of the Consortium Management meeting organized at the USMS.

The Consotium meeting held at the École Centrale de Nantes was mainly focused on the analysis of the results achieved so far and the start of the MathICs' Caravan.

Almería, May 15-18, 2023

The MathICs project consortium meeting held at the University of Almeria was launched in the presence of the vice-president of the University of Almeria and the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences of Almeria. MathICs success is due to the commitment of its members and the efforts they provide. The appreciations we received from participants in the first MathICs' Caravan events motivate us and therefore encourage us to move forward to achieve our objectives and thus contribute to the development of mathematics education in Morocco.

Marrakech, November 7-10, 2023

Université Cady Ayyad hosted a meeting of the MaThICs project. We met math professors and students of the region to present the project and its impact onto the education of mathematics in Morocco. Different workshops and committee meetings are held.

Consortium meeting at IST

Lisbon, April 22-24, 2024

Técnico Lisboa hosted a meeting of the MaThICs project, focusing on how it is innovating the teaching of maths, its main challenges and the state of play of the project.

Throughout the week, participants engaged in a myriad of enriching activities. From insightful exchanges with trainees about their experiences within the project to delving into the intricacies of editing and blending audiovisual content, and exploring methodologies for conducting internal assessments of MathICs training program quality.

Together with esteemed colleagues, we delved into enriching sessions aimed at enhancing mathematics education through the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). Here it is the agenda
