Accommodation
The symposium organizers have agreed with several hotels to offer discounts for GreenSys2025 participants. In addition, the organizers encourage attendees to book their accommodation close to the Avenida Mediterraneo and the Paseo de Almería in the city centre, as the shuttle bus stops will be located in these areas (see map below).

2. Information to book a room at hotel Sercotel Gran Fama ****

The guests will have to indicate this discount code to obtain a reduction of 10%: GREENSYS2025
The code is only valid for reservation during the dates of the congress, from June 21 to 28, 2025.

The following prices are offered according to the hotel and the type of room in which the guest wish to stay. Validity date from June 22 to June 27, 2025. The offers are subject to room availability for the dates requested.
- Room Single use (per room per night on accommodation basis): 65 €/day
- Standard Double room (per room per night on accommodation basis): 67 €/day
- Junior Suite (per room per night on accommodation basis): 95 €/day
Breakfast supplement: 9€ per person and day.
Prices are net and VAT included.

The guests will have to indicate this discount code to obtain a reduction of 15% (and free parking): GREENSYS2025
To guarantee the reservation, payment for the stay of each reserved room will be necessary at the time of making the reservation. The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellation of the reservation during the 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the total amount of the stay.
