Registration Fees
- Students: Free (registration required)
- Conference attendance (on-site or online): 30 €
- Presentation of a paper (on-site or online): 50 €
Important Information
All authors listed in a submitted paper must complete the registration and pay the corresponding fee in order to participate in the conference and receive the official certificate.
Payment
Participants must complete the payment through the official payment platform of the University of Almería.

Participant details
During the payment process, participants must enter the personal details of the person who will attend the conference (not the details of their institution).
Invoice request
If an invoice is required, it must be requested during the payment process by selecting:
“Issue invoice: Yes”
It will not be possible to request an invoice after completing the payment.
Billing information
If the invoice should be issued to a company or university, this information must be completed under:
“Recipient details” → Company
Members of the University of Almería
Participants affiliated with the University of Almería whose registration fee will be covered by a department or research group must proceed via internal transfer. In this case:
They should not use the payment platform
They must contact the organizing committee in advance 📧 newhocon@ual.es
Registration Process
Once the payment has been completed, participants must fill in the registration form and upload the payment receipt.

After completing the payment, please download the payment receipt. You will need to upload it during the registration process.
