Protecting your privacy is important to us. Neotrie VR collects and processes specific data to function correctly on the Meta platform and improve your experience.

When you use Neotrie VR, we collect and process your Meta User ID (USER_ID) and Meta User Profile (USER_PROFILE). We use this data specifically to authenticate your user session, enable access to customized features (such as new scenes, tools, and geometrical activities), and provide a seamless integration with the Meta ecosystem.

Additionally, anonymous gameplay analytics and error logs are collected to help improve the game and resolve bugs. No other sensitive personal data (e.g., e-mail address, IP address) is stored in these logs or analytics.

Data Deletion Mechanism
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To request the complete deletion of your USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, and any associated data stored by our services, please send an email to info@virtualdor.com with your request.
