Submission of Papers and Presentations
In order to allow others to view your scientific contributions, you may continue to upload your papers or power point presentations by visiting the Ex Ordo abstract submission system:
Papers should be uploaded in pdf and we suggest that you use a watermark of “DRAFT” to avoid any problems with subsequent publication. As well, PowerPoints can be “locked”.
Papers: See your “Dashboard” on the abstract service Ex Ordo website to upload your paper to be included in the programme. This is only applicable to the authors that wish to have their full paper available in the congress website and considered for special issues. Full papers will not be published on paper. Papers should have max 20 pages including bibliography and annex, and without the 1st cover sheet. Format A4 – Margins 2,5 cm (Up, Down, Left, Right) – Pages are numbered in the footer right (1 after the cover sheet) – No heading. Paragraphs are justified, single-spaced – Font Times New Roman 12 pt – Footer notes Times New Roman 9 pt. Obligatory template is available here.
PowerPoint presentations may be uploaded under “Presentations” on the Dashboard of the abstract service (Ex Ordo).
