Nimitha Aboobaker

Dr. Nimitha Aboobaker is working as Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies,
Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. She has secured research fellowships
and best paper awards from eminent institutions like University Grants Commission, Indian
Institute of Management, University of Hyderabad, and Indian Academy of Management.
With several research papers in international journals, she is reviewer and member of the
editorial review board of international journals and has won the Emerald Literati Award for
‘Outstanding Reviewer’, in 2022 and 2021 (Emerald Publications). She is a member Editorial
Board of Journal of Global Hospitality and Tourism, published by University of South
Florida, USA, Society and Business Review (ABDC-B category journal, Emerald
Publications) and Review Editor on the Editorial Board of Organizational Psychology
(specialty section of Frontiers in Psychology and Frontiers in Communication), and the
“Management Researcher”, Published by Kerala University, India. Dr. Nimitha is a
management consultant and also is a highly sought after resource person to workshops and
faculty development programs on Research Methodology, Web and Text Analytics,
Academic Publishing, Business Analytics and Data Analysis using IBM SPSS and AMOS.
