Dr. Nimitha Aboobaker is working as Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. She has secured research fellowships
and best paper awards from eminent institutions like University Grants Commission, Indian Institute of Management, University of Hyderabad, and Indian Academy of Management.
With several research papers in international journals, she is reviewer and member of the editorial review board of international journals and has won the Emerald Literati Award for ‘Outstanding Reviewer’, in 2022 and 2021 (Emerald Publications).
