The registration fee (both standard and student) covers the sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception on October 5th and the conference dinner on October 6th. The “Only social events registration” only covers the welcome reception on October 5th and the conference dinner on October 6th.

In particular, when entering your phone number, please avoid the standard international shorthand prefix and blank spaces. For instance, instead of +34 123 456 789, just type 0034123456789.
The available payment methods are credit card and bank transfer. In case of using the latter method, it is compulsory indicate the ticket number (“número de recibo”) in the transfer description field. This will allow us to identify the payment.
Student support grants
The artificial intelligence journal (AIJ) has sponsored a number of grants to support student attendance. To apply for a grant please send an email to pgm2022@ual.es (with the subject: PGM 2022 student support application) containing the following information:
- Name, institution, email-address
- Date of arrival and departure
- Title of accepted paper (if applicable)
- Documentation confirming student status
Each grant will cover the accommodation from arrival to departure (including breakfast) in a single room up to 6 nights. The rooms will be directly booked and paid by the PGM organization.
The application deadline is September 1st. Notifications will be send out soon thereafter.
