\n\t\tGuidelines for Presenters\t<\/h2>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\tTo ensure the smooth running of the IV International Conference on Environmental Protection \u2013 New Horizons of Technology, Policy and Environmental Sustainability, all presenters are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below.\t<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

\n\t\n\t

\n\t\tPresentation Duration\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\tEach oral presentation will have a maximum duration of 12 minutes. Presenters are kindly requested to respect the allocated time to ensure that all sessions run according to schedule.
Questions and discussion will be coordinated by the session chair.\t<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

\n\t\n\t

\n\t\tPresentation Format\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\tPresenters are encouraged to use slides to support their oral presentations.\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • There is no mandatory presentation template. Presenters may use their preferred design and structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A widescreen format (16:9) is recommended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Presentations should be clear, concise, and appropriate for the allocated time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
    \n\t\n\t

    \n\t\tOn-site Presentations\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\t

    \n\t\tPresenters attending the conference in person are kindly requested to arrive at their assigned room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of their session.
    Presentations should be brought on a USB drive, preferably in PowerPoint or PDF format, to facilitate their use with the equipment available in the conference rooms.\t<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    \n\t\n\t

    \n\t\tOnline Presentations\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Online presentations will take place live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Presenters participating remotely are kindly requested to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Join the online session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure a stable internet connection and a working microphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Be prepared to share their screen during the presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Follow the instructions provided by the session chair and technical support team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Access details for online sessions will be communicated in advance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

      \n\t\n\t

      \n\t\tConference Proceedings and Publications\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The conference will provide two publication opportunities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Conference Proceedings: A conference proceedings volume will be prepared to compile the contributions presented at the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Extended Book Chapters: Authors will also have the opportunity to submit extended versions of their conference contributions for consideration for publication as book chapters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Detailed information regarding submission procedures, formatting requirements, deadlines, and publication conditions will be communicated to participants after the conference.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

        \n\t\tConference Programme\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
