Researcher at the Andalusian Institute of Agricultural and Fisheries Research and Traininig (IFAPA), in its center located in Almería (Spain). She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Biology from the Murcia University (Spain) in 1999. She has participated and coordinated several national R+D projects related to the sustainability improvement of the Mediterranean protected horticulture. Her research activity is mainly focused on the evaluation of the crop responses to the climate and fertirrigation control in the greenhouses. She is co-author of 13 papers in SCI journals and has contributed to more than 60 international and national conferences.
