The Cognitive Reserve Scale (CRS) is designed to quantify the frequency of participation in brain-stimulating activities through the lifespan. The CRS is divided into three stages of life:

Young adulthood (18–35 years)
Adulthood (36–64 years)
Late adulthood (over the age of 65)

In order to indicate the frequency in which the following activities were practiced/done, please consider the options:

0 = Never
1 = Once or several times a year
2 = Once or several times a month
3 = Once or several times a week
4 = Three or more times a week, any time that I have the opportunity to

To complete the scale, just answer each question as accurately as possible. The estimated time to fill out the scale will be about 15 minutes. There is no right or wrong answers. Thank you for your participation.

If you have any questions about the CR Scale, please do not hesitate to contact with Dr. Juan Garcia, Dr. Lola Roldán or Dr Irene León using the following email address: crs.ual@gmail.com
