Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 15th June 2023. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badge at the registration desk. If you do not wish to attend the Convention you will have to cancel your registration by 15th of June 2023 or you will be held liable for the fees.
The payment of the registration fees is required to attend the scientific sessions, technical tour and social events. Only registered attendant will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A confirmation via e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.
Social events include a guided visit to Alcazaba (the Citadel) and a Gala Diner.
ISHS and NonISHS Members Registration fees include Welcome reception, full participation in the Symposium sessions, a book of abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches for 4 days and Gala dinner, a copy of the Symposium Proceedings that will be published as a volume of Acta Horticulturae and the participation in one day field trip.
Student Registration fee includes Welcome reception, full participation in the Symposium sessions, a book of abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches for 4 days, a copy of the Symposium Proceedings that will be published as a volume of Acta Horticulturae and the participation in one day field trip. Gala dinner tickets are available at the price of 50 €.

Accompanying Persons are entitled to participate in the Welcome reception, the guided visit and the Gala dinner. Price 50 €
