REGISTRATION

Fees

For the Almería academics the fee is reduced to:

• 75 Euro (Reduced fees) includes the possibility to attend the Conference (The Social Dinner is not included)
• 130 Euro includes the possibility to attend the Conference with Social Dinner included
• For the doctoral students of the University of Almería, there is no registration fee, but they have to do their inscription in the conference by sending an email to dyses23@ual.es

Registration fees include:

• Possibility to be considered for the best paper award and poster paper award
• Possibility to be considered for the publication on special issues of high level scientific journals
• Admittance to all scientific sessions
• Conference documentation
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee-Breaks and Lunches during the Conference
• Welcome Reception
• Conference dinner
• Volume of Abstracts
• Possibility to present only a paper for person
• Possibility to present a poster in addition to paper (To the participants in presence that want in any case to attend the poster session by presenting a contribute)

* The poster fee is reserved for people that do NOT attend the conference (The Social Dinner is not included).

Accompanying person’s registration includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Coffee-Breaks and Lunches during the Conference
• Conference dinner

For payment of the inscription fees click here.

If you need an invoice, you must request it at the moment of registration in the conference (filling in the payment platform “do you want an invoice”: yes –> Additional data for the invoice. Later, it will not be possible to do this procedure. If you need the invoice for your company or university, its data must be recorded in the data of billing.
